Email us about anything — a question, a problem, or an idea. We're a small UK team and we read and answer every message, usually within one working day.
[email protected]Please include the email address on your account (if you have one) and, for app issues, your device type.
Quick answers to the most common questions are below. If yours isn't here, just email us.
We use passwordless sign-in. Go to the Account page, enter your email, and we'll send you a one-tap "magic link" — no password to remember. The link signs you in on the device you open it on.
No — children never need an account, and we don't ask them for any personal information. Every free daily puzzle works without signing in. Accounts are for parents and guardians only, to manage a membership. See our Privacy Policy.
If you already have a Premium membership, simply sign in inside the app with the same email and everything unlocks. The free daily puzzles and a free try of each game work without any membership.
Sign in on the Account page here on the website and choose Manage — you can update payment details or cancel there, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you have any trouble, email us and we'll handle it for you.
If something isn't right, email us — we deal with refund requests fairly and in line with your legal rights (see our Terms of Use).
Sign in on the Account page and choose Delete my account. This ends your membership immediately and permanently removes your account. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
No ads, ever, and nothing to buy inside the games. The games are designed for children: no flashing banners, no loot boxes, no "upgrade to continue" pop-ups.
The phonics games follow the Read Write Inc sound sets taught in UK schools from Reception to Year 2 (roughly ages 4–7), and the difficulty grows gently as a child earns stars. The maths, geography and language games stretch a little older — there's something up to about age 9.
The short version: no ads, no data selling, no tracking children — game progress stays on your device, and the only personal data we hold is the email a parent gives us for a membership. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and privacy requests can go to [email protected] any time.
